Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (North Macedonia): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Blixo is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
Blixo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at getblixo@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
