At Blixo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-returnable items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
